1. Returns

Our return policy lasts [7 days] from the date of purchase. If [ more than 7 days] have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items.

3. How to Return an Item

• If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

8 . Stitching Orders Return Policy

     Once you have confirmed your order for stitching and the stitching charges have been paid, the process is considered final. In the event that you change your mind at any point afterward and decide not to keep the outfit or cancel the delivery, please note that the stitching cost is non-refundable. This is because the service has already been initiated and tailored specifically to your request.

9 . International Orders – Return Policy
For international orders, returns and exchanges are not acceptable.
Customers are requested to satisfy themselves completely before placing an order. You may check the product through live video, pictures, or videos in any way you prefer.
Once an international order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
