📦 Returns Eligibility

At Bisma Noor, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

❌ Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom-stitched outfits
Made-to-order or altered items
Sale or discounted items
Accessories (jewelry, separate dupattas, etc.)

Due to the nature of custom and occasion wear, these items cannot be resold.

Order Cancellation Policy

Unstitched items order may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
Stitched item orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Delivery Refusal

Refusing to accept a shipped parcel or being unavailable at the provided address will result in no refund.
Repeated refusals may result in a ban from our store.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
Customers may request a size exchange (if applicable)
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and your order number via email or WhatsApp
Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.
